Urban Detox
This film was made with young people from four different services within Manchester. It features 5 young people who have experience mental health problems who talk about what happened and their recovery. The film was premiered at the ‘Urban Detox’ event organized by Jellycat Media in Central Manchester in March 2009. The event aimed to engage with a cross section of young people to raise awareness of mental health issues and services available within Manchester.

Films for NIMHE & MHFA
Jellycat Media was commissioned to project manage the production of 3 films for NIMHE. Two of them look at the factors which have helped people recover from mental illness and get on with their lives. They are called ‘A Healthier Me’ and ‘My Passion’ and can be viewed at communitychannel.org by clicking here.
The third film is a promotional dvd for the CSIP Mental Health First Aid Programme. This film is being launched at the first national conference which is being held in London on the 10th December 2008.
